The HUDA City Centre Metro station is one of the busiest in the NCR region, with an average passengers passing through it every day. The station building and the forecourt was taken on lease by KJS Enterprises. A food court has been opened on the ground floor, with a hypermart and offices slated to open on the upper floors.

The design of the forecourt space aims to create spaces of pause and shade in the bustling area. The landscape was to be temporary and easy to dismantle, situated as it is on a large parking basement. The materials, largely steel and rock, acknowledge the industrial function of the Metro line. The giant human figures link the columns to the general landscape through a repetition of the gabion column materials.
